Discover the therapeutic approaches at Renova Therapy and how each can support your journey. From trauma recovery and anxiety management to improving relationships and self-understanding, every service is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and live more fully.

Individual Therapy

Also known as counseling, individual therapy is a confidential, one-on-one process where clients work with a therapist to understand and resolve personal challenges. It supports mental health and wellbeing by addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps people process and heal on a deeper level than talk therapy. It’s effective for Trauma, PTSD, panic, anxiety, depression, and phobias, reducing the emotional impact of past,  present and future events.

Parts Work Therapy

Based off of IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy views people as having multiple inner “parts,” each with its own role. It helps individuals connect with their true Self, fostering self-awareness, compassion, and emotional balance.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy focuses on the mind-body connection, exploring how physical sensations relate to emotional well-being. It uses techniques like breathing, movement, and mindfulness to release stored trauma and support self-regulation. It’s effective for anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and illness.

Trauma Focused Therapy

Trauma-focused therapy uses cognitive-behavioral tools, mindfulness, and emotional processing to help individuals heal from painful memories and reframe negative thoughts. It supports those facing PTSD or past trauma in finding healing, strength, and renewed purpose.

Person Centered Therapy

Person-Centered Therapy is a compassionate, non-directive approach that helps individuals achieve personal growth. Developed by Carl Rogers, it’s based on the belief that people can overcome challenges when supported in an accepting, empathetic environment.
